Refund Policy

Same-Day Weed Delivery Orders

If you decide to return your order, contact our support team at (416) 316-5777 within 48 hours of purchase. We’ll send a driver to your location to pick up the product.
Once the return is received, you’ll receive a full refund in store credit. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

If the product has been opened, it will be returned to our warehouse for verification and weighing.
Customers will receive a full refund in credit if at least 80 % of the original product is returned.

Mail-Order Marijuana Purchases

For online cannabis orders shipped through mail, contact (416) 316-5777 within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Our team will email you instructions on how to ship the item back. Once the return arrives and is verified, you’ll receive a full refund in Herrble credits (minus the shipping cost).
Refunds are issued only if at least 80 % of the original product is returned unopened.

Exchange Policy
